Duties Description：

1. Based on advanced verification methodologies such as UVM (Universal Verification Methodology), build, maintain, and optimize reusable module-level, subsystem-level, and SoC-level verification platforms (testbenches) using SystemVerilog.

2. Develop directed test cases and constrained-random test cases in accordance with the verification plan, and perform simulation, debugging, and regression testing.

3. Develop and implement coverage models; collect and analyze code coverage and functional coverage; optimize test cases based on these metrics to ensure verification completeness and achieve sign-off objectives.

4. Collaborate closely with front-end design (DE) engineers to perform root cause analysis, locate, and report design defects (bugs) identified during simulation, and track issues until they are fully resolved.

5. Develop or utilize scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Shell, or Tcl to optimize the verification process, implement verification automation, and improve verification efficiency.

6. Draft verification plans, verification reports, and related technical documentation to ensure the traceability and standardization of the verification process.

7. As needed, participate in or research more efficient verification methods, such as formal verification and hardware emulation, to address complex verification challenges.

2. Proficient in digital logic design and verification, including pre- and post-synthesis verification; familiar with the UVM verification methodology, as well as common test point decomposition and test case design methods.

3. Proficient in the verification of analog and mixed-signal IC circuits.

4. Proficient in tape-out and testing processes; candidates with tape-out and testing experience are preferred;

5. Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog hardware description and verification languages; basic knowledge of low-power design and SoC.

6. Proficient in tools such as VCS and Verdi; capable of issue isolation and waveform analysis; able to work proficiently in a Linux environment (including, but not limited to, the use of GVIM).
