Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and embrace the pearl of Taihu Lake!

At the turn of spring and summer, we started a thematic group building trip integrating challenges, laughter and growth in the blue water and green mountains of Sanshan Island.

Icebreaker Team Evolution

After arriving at Sanshan Island we went through an expansion activity where three teams quickly broke barriers and experienced teamwork.

Riding around the island in the wind meets poetry and faraway places.

The team put on their bikes and rode through the orange forests and lotus ponds, with the wind blowing in the lake and the wheels crushing through the dappled shadows of the trees. 7 kilometers of cycling around the island measured the secret land of Taihu Lake, and framed the smoky fireworks of the fishermen's villages and the glistening lake light along the way. The team conquered the steep slopes and curves with the belief that “no one will be left behind”.

Bonfire Night Talk Moment of Cultural Resonance

When the bonfire lit up the night of the island, we gathered in concentric circles, talent PK, starry sky Karaoke, and laughter. Raise a glass to the mountains and the sea, some employees shared their own experience of joining the team, and some management interpreted the team's blueprint for the future.

The Journey to the Top Hiking to Measure the Peak

Through the seclusion of the thousand-year-old Banbi Peak, stepping over the steep Zodiac stones. When all of us reached the top, we had a beautiful view of the 36,000 hectares of Taihu Lake, and the mutual support on the trail remained in our memories along with the photos.

The sun is warming up, don't let the time go by.
