Cicadas chirp amid midsummer, and the team embarks on a mountain rendezvous. To strengthen team cohesion and enrich employees’ spare time, all staff of ChipView Semiconductor headed to Moganshan Resort for a three-day mountain-themed summer team building activity. Stepping away from workstations to embrace nature, we unlocked a vibrant summer amid mountain delicacies, starlight and evening breezes.

Head for the Mountains and Kick Off Our Summer Journey

On Friday, all staff from the Suzhou office departed by chartered buses, heading straight for the lush green Moganshan Mountains. Authentic local mountain dishes delivered fresh natural flavors, and teammates chatted heartily around the tables, kicking off the team building in a relaxed atmosphere.

Saturday morning was reserved for free leisure. Everyone relaxed on the lawn, wandered the valleys in small groups and savored the natural mountain scenery.

Later, we visited a farm for a farmhouse lunch cooked on traditional wood-burning stoves. We handcrafted rustic mountain cuisines ourselves, immersed in homely warmth and experiencing the joy of self-sufficient rural life.

After an afternoon break, the team building challenge kicked off in full swing. Team games including Hula Hoop Relay and Pictionary unfolded one after another. Every competition served as a real-world drill for collaboration, overall coordination and stress resistance — much like the daily hardships we overcome in the semiconductor industry. Only united as one can we surmount obstacles and break through limits.

On Sunday, we toured Yucun in Moganshan with a tour guide. The century-old old street boasts profound mountain cultural heritage, lined with grey-brick tile houses, creative boutiques and vintage bookstores. We strolled unhurriedly and embraced the slow pace of life far from urban hustle and bustle.

At work, we are comrades dedicated to the localization of display chips, overcoming technical hurdles hand in hand. In life, we are close companions who confide in and support each other. Moving forward, all employees of ChipView Semiconductor will carry the warmth and vitality gained from this team building activity.
