Upon entering the banquet hall of the Shizun Hotel at Dushu Lake, everyone left their unique mark on the signature wall, capturing the warm moments of togetherness.

Opening Remarks: Staying True to Our Founding Mission 2026

CEO Li Ming took the stage to deliver a keynote address, recounting the founding history of ChipView, reviewing the company's achievements over the past year, and outlining its strategic roadmap for the future. His speech instilled confidence and motivation in all ChipView colleagues. Special guest Li Jianyu also extended heartfelt congratulations, acknowledging ChipView Semiconductor's breakthroughs and growth over the past three years.

Industry Insights, Shaping the Future 2026

Following the awards ceremony, we were honored to have Mr. Wu Ming, a distinguished expert in the display industry, deliver an in-depth presentation titled “The Development History of China's Television and Display Industries.”

Mr. Wu Ming's presentation traced the evolution from the early days of black-and-white television to the widespread adoption of color TVs, and further to the current iteration of new display technologies like OLED and Mini/Micro LED. By integrating industry trends with technological breakthroughs, he affirmed the value of our ChipView products and provided attendees with a clearer understanding of ChipView Semiconductor's future strategic direction in the display sector.

Honor and Recognition, Paying Tribute to the Extraordinary 2026

The stars reward those who journey onward, and time honors those who strive. This conference recognized outstanding teams and individuals for their exceptional performance over the past year: Seven colleagues were honored with the Outstanding Employee Award for their solid professional skills and remarkable work achievements, while five teammates earned the Best Screen-Tapping Challenge Team Award for their collaborative spirit in overcoming tough challenges.

Four other colleagues took home the “Best Newcomer Award” and “Best Dedication Award.” Behind every accolade lies relentless dedication day and night; every round of applause is the highest praise for those who strive.

Surprise Draw, Embark on a New Journey Together 2026

Beyond the major awards, the event featured multiple rounds of surprise raffles. Winners cheered with excitement, while non-winners received multiple rounds of VP red envelopes. Everyone found joy in interactive games: a playful game of musical chairs, a cherry tomato eating challenge, and a hundred-person KTV sing-along. Laughter and applause filled the venue.
